Installer
Two years' experience and a low voltage card are required.
Installers set the equipment Chinook sells, including American Standard heat pumps in new homes and as replacements, and the crew aims to have most installs running before the end of the first day.

years
Service Technician
Three years' experience, a low voltage card and an EPA card are required.
Service technicians take the repair calls: find the fault, explain it, and give a flat rate price before the job is started. Emergency service runs 24/7.

year
Tune Up Technician
One year of HVAC experience, an EPA card and a low voltage card are required.
The tune-up technician carries the 90 Minute Tune-Up, working through Chinook's published maintenance checklist on each customer's system.
