I've had them do full installs and routine maintenance and they have been great in both settings. Their people are thorough and responsive to questions. They were the only company that offered extra input for a return air situation, doing a thorough inspection before quoting and then their prices are very reasonable too. We've had a couple of little things come up and they've taken care of them quickly so I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them myself.
Julio came to service my central air system this morning and he did an excellent job! He patiently explained to me on how to setup the thermostat. He made some adjustment to my new central heat and air system that was installed by his company back in May 2025. Julio is a knowledgeable, professional, courteous, respectful and responsible technician. I highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives to request for him to take care of your home central heat/air system. In a case study published in April 2019, Chinook followed a Richland homeowner in a house built in the late 1990s. She replaced her old air conditioner and furnace with an American Standard 20 SEER heat pump and a high efficiency gas furnace. Her energy bills dropped 32% overall, more than $500 across the first 12 months. The crew arrived around 7:30 am, hauled the old equipment away, and Chinook says most folks should expect a new system installed and operational before the end of the first day.
